At our clinic, we have all the expertise and facilities to provide you with comprehensive care close to home.

At our Center for Joint Replacement, we provide patient-centered knee, hip and shoulder joint replacement surgeries and rehabilitation services. Designed with you in mind, the Fort HealthCare joint replacement program guides you through the entire process – from pre-surgery education, to specialized surgical care; through physical and occupational therapy to complete recovery.

The Fort HealthCare Center for Hand and Arm Care provides seamless, efficient, and coordinated care that restores injured hands to the highest possible level of function. The expert team uses a collaborative approach to the evaluation and treatment of hand and arm conditions, offering innovative treatment techniques and proactive patient-centered care. The Center is also home to four Certified Hand Therapists, who specialize in the very specific rehabilitation and treatment of hand injuries.

Our Facilities

The Fort HealthCare Orthopaedic Associates clinic and Therapy & Sport Center offers patients first-class facilities at a convenient location. This includes state-of-the-art rehab, sports medicine and an orthopaedic center complete with pediatric treatment areas and a sports gym for rehabilitating athletes. Wider hallways and more square footage allows us to accommodate individuals in wheelchairs, and provide more private patient areas for confidential communication, as well as on-site laboratory services for the convenience of surgical patients. Industrial rehabilitation and work hardening services have space to deliver specialized care and recovering athletes make use of the sports gym. The gym houses nets for golf and baseball training and a full-sized basketball lane allowing for the redevelopment of athletic skills in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Fort HealthCare Therapy & Sport Center rehabilitation team consists of occupational therapy, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, speech pathology and athletic training professionals, with specialty care in programs such as sports medicine, orthopaedics, hand therapy, women’s health and industrial rehab. Fort HealthCare’s Orthopaedic Associates expert team of surgeons provide patients with one-to-one care from diagnostics through surgery utilizing the latest technological advances to bring you the most comprehensive treatment available.
