Fort HealthCare Scholarship Opportunities
At Fort HealthCare, we’re committed to supporting your education and career growth through our Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarship Program. This program is designed to cover the costs of your program and certification testing requirements. The amount is based on financial need and program costs. Positions are available based on openings, and you must apply and interview for them.
Program Details
- Must be enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university. Note: Elective courses that are not specifically related to the position may not be eligible for scholarship or tuition reimbursement.
- You must successfully be enrolled to be eligible and provide written proof of a 2.75 or higher GPA.
- Scholarship or Tuition reimbursement will be offset by funds provided through a scholarship, grant, or other financial support received.
- Commitment to work at Fort HealthCare in a 0.8 or higher FTE for a minimum of two years post successful certification or date of hire, whichever date is later.
- If you resign your position prior to the end of the agreed upon two-year commitment, you may need to reimburse a portion of your tuition reimbursement or scholarship.
Additional Requirements of being awarded a Scholarship:
As a scholarship recipient, you are required to work at Fort HealthCare during your schooling, which provides you with paid, on-the-job training. We offer flexible scheduling and PTO benefits to those who have at least .1 FTE (4 hours per week).

- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

- Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLT/MLS)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
