Cozy up in the winter season with Fort HealthCare’s and the Jefferson County Health Department’s 6-week Winter Wellness Warm-Up community challenge! From January 12th to February 23rd, this lighthearted and energizing challenge is designed to help you stay healthy, connected, and joyful all winter long.
Simply print your calendar, complete daily wellness activities, and track your progress. Turn in your completed calendar for a chance to win fun, gift-card prizes! Open to all ages, with unique activities for both kids and adults. Find all the challenge details and calendar below and on the Jefferson County Health Department website.

How-To Participate
Participating is easy! Print off your Fall Into Wellness calendar (English or Spanish version) and start tracking your accomplishments on January 12th. Once the challenge ends on February 23rd, fill out your information and turn in your calendar to be eligible for prizes.

Goals of the Challenge
- Encourage well-rounded wellness with a focus on movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and connection.
- Promote community engagement through shared wellness experiences.
- Inspire participants to embrace joyful, sustainable habits during the summer months.
Prizes
Prizes will be randomly drawn the week of March 1st. The more spaces you cross off on your calendar = more entries to be eligible for winning!
- 10 x $25 gift cards, randomly selected
Entry System
- 14-20 boxes checked off = 1 entry
- 21-27 boxes checked off = 3 entries
- 28-34 boxes checked off = 5 entries
- 35-42 boxes checked off = 10 entries
Calendar Drop-Off Locations
Once your calendar is completed and dates are marked off, fill out the information on the bottom right of the second page of the calendar and turn in the following ways through March 1st:
