We know that this is difficult, so we’ve developed fun, interactive wellness classes, events, and challenges to give our communities the tools they need to make important lifestyle changes. Every challenge offers:
- A set number of weeks to push yourself to form new, healthy habits, typically eight weeks.
- Awesome prizes like gift certificates, fitness equipment, or passes to health clubs.
- An online system for tracking individual or team progress.
- Educational articles to teach WHY we should form new habits and HOW to do so EVERYDAY.

Learn MoreVirtual 5K Series
During the summer of 2020, we started the Fort HealthCare Virtual 5K Series! The free series includes several different “races” held one time per month between the 10th & 20th. Participants complete a “virtual 5k”—meaning, they walk or run 3.1 miles on a course that they choose or complete by treadmill. Once completed, participants submit their time and are put on a virtual leaderboard that tracks their overall place compared to all participants.
