What is Oracle Health?

Oracle Health is a secure platform that helps you manage and share your personal health information. It works with MyCompass to give you access to your medical records and lets you control who can view your information. 

What is a Oracle Health account?

It’s the account you create to access MyCompass. You’ll receive an email invitation from your provider with a link to create it. Once set up, it securely connects you to your health records at Fort HealthCare. 

How does Oracle Health work with MyCompass?

Oracle Health powers the login and securely links your identity to your MyCompass account. Only your name, gender, and date of birth are shared to confirm who you are. You control all other access to your information. 

What messaging features are available in MyCompass?

You can: 

  • Send secure messages to your provider 
  • Request prescription refills 
  • View sent messages and recent replies in your inbox 

Can I schedule appointments in MyCompass?

Yes! You can: 

  • View upcoming appointments 
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
    Note: Appointments within 24 hours cannot be canceled online—please call the clinic directly. 

What results can I see in MyCompass?

You can view: 

  • Most lab/test results 
  • Clinical summaries and discharge documents 
  • Your COVID-19 vaccine card under “Covid Center” 

How long is my MyCompass email invitation valid?

Email invitations are valid for 90 days. If not activated in that time, you’ll need to request a new one from your provider.
