Fort HealthCare Accepting Gently Used Magazines

In an ongoing effort to make the time spent at Fort Memorial Hospital more pleasant, Fort HealthCare is accepting donations of gently used magazines. Donated magazines can be dropped off at the Volunteer Services office on the first floor of the hospital near the Ambulatory Services entrance on McMillen Street.
Donations should be limited to clean-looking, family-friendly magazines no more than three months old. Magazines that have had address labels removed cannot be used. Volunteers will place a label over any addresses to maintain privacy the magazines will be distributed to waiting rooms throughout the hospital and clinics.
Through the generosity of the public and our staff, Fort HealthCare intends to reduce the need for costly magazine subscriptions.
