Ingredients

1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup dry white wine
juice of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 pound bay scallops

Instructions

1) Heat margarine, wine, lemon and thyme. Pour over rinsed scaallops. Marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
