Fort Healthcare Wins 2026 Top Workplaces for Nursing Award

Wednesday, June 10, 2026

Fort HealthCare has been recognized as a Top Workplace for Nursing 2026, earning national recognition for its commitment to creating a workplace culture where nurses feel supported, valued, and empowered to provide exceptional patient care.

The award recognizes healthcare organizations that foster positive work environments and invest in the professional growth and well-being of their nursing teams.

Recipients are selected based solely on employee feedback gathered through the confidential Energage Workplace Survey. The survey evaluates key aspects of the workplace experience, including whether nurses feel respected and supported, have opportunities for career growth, and are empowered to deliver high-quality care. Winners scored significantly higher than their peers in measures of nurse engagement and satisfaction.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the voices of our nurses,” said Lisa Jensen, Chief Nursing Office and VP of Nursing Services. “Our nurses are at the heart of everything we do. They bring compassion, expertise, and dedication to every patient interaction, and we are committed to creating an environment where they feel supported, respected, and empowered to thrive both professionally and personally. This award reflects the culture our team has built together and reinforces our commitment to being an employer of choice for nurses.”

Fort HealthCare remains committed to investing in its nursing workforce through professional development opportunities, collaborative leadership, and a culture focused on delivering exceptional care to the communities it serves.

The Top Workplaces for Nursing award is presented by Nurse.com and Energage, the HR technology company behind the Top Workplaces program.
