American Heart Association Courses

Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association, and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association.

Funding through Tomorrow’s Hope

Annually, Tomorrow’s Hope supports various programs at Fort HealthCare, including the Grade School Health Prevention Programs; the purchase of a new bone density screening machine; Air Pal (Emergency department transfer device to minimize pain); Cancer Survivors Exercise Program; education materials for asthma and diabetes; funding for the Annual Palliative Care Conference in association with Rainbow Hospice; cholesterol, heart and prostate cancer screenings; and Harmonica Therapy in Pulmonary Rehab.

The mission of Tomorrow’s Hope is to foster health-related research, education and support services for those touched by Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other life-limiting illnesses. Each summer in June, the Tomorrow’s Hope Walkfest occurs on the Jefferson High School track to raise funds for its cause. For more information, call (920) 674-6255 or visit their website.
